Renovations at Mutsvangwa Secondary Affected by Cyclone Idai – The devastating tropical Cyclone Idai that affected mainly Manicaland Province did not spare Mutsvangwa Secondary School. The Cyclone left the classrooms at the school exposed as roofs were blown away by the wind, classroom walls and floors eroded by heavy rains and in some areas the infrastructure was destroyed.
NOIC engaged the school authorities and renovated four (4) blocks to benefit students in the community so that they have quality environment and sound educational infrastructure.
In addition to the renovations, NOIC donated essentials that included food stuffs and sanitary wears. The goods were distributed to the affected families in Manicaland Province.
