The National Oil Infrastructure Company of Zimbabwe (NOIC) is a Private Limited company formed through the Companies and Other Business Entities Act [Chapter 24:31], whose business operations commenced in March 2011, is wholly owned by MUTAPA INVESTMENT FUND (Pvt) Ltd.
